Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more
• $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $35

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each product page shows its estimated delivery time:

• Squishies, sensory toys and keychains: ship from California and usually arrive in 5–10 business days.
• Tech gadgets and accessories: usually arrive in 7–20 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. An order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

What we cover

We accept returns only for items that:

• arrive damaged,
• are defective, or
• aren't what you ordered.

We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, for ordering the wrong size, color or style, or because an item is no longer wanted.

How to report a problem

1. Email hypefindzz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo (or video) that shows the problem.
3. We'll send a replacement or refund the item price.

You don't need to send the item back unless we ask. If we do ask, we'll cover the return shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually takes 5–10 business days to post it.
