We ship to the US and to most countries worldwide. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Squishies, suction phone holders and our own California stock (items marked "Ships from California") ship to US addresses only.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each product page shows its estimated US delivery time:

Squishies, sensory toys and keychains: ship from California and usually arrive in 5–10 business days (US only).
Tech gadgets and accessories: ship directly from our supplier and usually arrive in 7–20 business days in the US. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
International orders: usually arrive in 10–25 business days with tracking. Customs checks can add time.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. An order with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Customs and duties

Import duties, taxes and customs fees for orders outside the US are not collected at checkout. If your country charges them, they're collected on delivery and you're responsible for paying them.

Include your order number and a photo (or video) that shows the problem.
We'll send a replacement or refund the item price.

You don't need to send the item back unless we ask. If we do ask, we'll cover the return shipping.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually takes 5–10 business days to post it.
