This Privacy Policy describes how Treva Hancock d/b/a HypeFindzz (“HypeFindzz,” “we,” “us, or “our”) handles personal information in connection with https://hypefindzz.com.

1. Who we are
HypeFindzz operates the shop at https://hypefindzz.com. We sell sealed mystery bags and related generic, non-branded squishy and sensory toys. Orders ship from Lucerne, California.

2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy covers:
- visits to https://hypefindzz.com;
- emails or messages you send to hypefindzz@gmail.com; and
- order and fulfillment information we receive so we can pack and ship products you buy through our checkout.
Checkout is hosted by Whop. When you click Buy or Pay, you complete payment on Whop’s hosted checkout. Whop has its own privacy practices. Please also read Whop’s Privacy Policy.
This policy does not cover other third-party websites or apps we do not control, even if linked from our shop.
Our shopping rules (payments, shipping, returns) are in our Terms.
3. Personal information we collect
3.1 Information you give us directly
If you email or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- your name;
- email address; and
- the content of your message (including order details you choose to share).
We do not currently operate a separate newsletter signup or SMS list. You can create an account to sign in; we only use your email for your account and orders.
3.2 Information related to orders (via Whop)
Purchases are processed on Whop’s hosted checkout, not on a card form on our website. We do not intentionally collect or store your full payment card number on our systems.
In connection with an order, we receive information needed to fulfill it. That typically includes:
- name;
- email address;
- shipping address;
- order / product (SKU) details; and
- limited payment descriptors (for example, card brand or last four digits), if Whop exposes them to us.
The exact fields available to us can vary based on Whop’s seller tools. We use what Whop provides for packing, shipping, and support.
Under Whop’s public seller terms, Whop generally acts as merchant of record for card-network rules and payment settlement only, and HypeFindzz is the supplier of the products for other purposes (including delivery, support, and product-related refunds). 3.3 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our servers or tools embedded on the page may automatically collect:
- IP address;
- browser and device type;
- pages viewed and approximate visit timing; and
- cookie or similar identifiers, if set by us or by tools that run on our pages.
What currently runs on hypefindzz.com (inventory as of September 15–16, 2026):
- Whop pixel / scripts: A Whop script loads from
https://t.whop.tw/s.js, scopes to our Whop business, and sends a page event (whop.track("page")) on at least the home page and/shop. Related Whop tooling may also loadsc.js. After page load, browser DevTools have shown Whop-related cookies named_wuidand_wuid_link. This is third-party measurement operated in connection with Whop. We cannot truthfully say we use “no analytics or advertising cookies” while these scripts run. See Whop’s Privacy Policy for how Whop processes that data. - Checkout: Product Buy/Pay actions use outbound links to Whop hosted checkout (
whop.com/checkout/...). We do not embed a Whop checkout iframe on our pages. - Fonts: Google Fonts may be referenced via preconnect for font loading; it is not used by us as an analytics product.
- Not found in site HTML (that inventory): Google Analytics / gtag / Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Segment, Mixpanel, Plausible, or Umami.
- Hosting / platform: The site is served with Vercel-related headers. No Vercel Analytics script was found in that inventory. Storefront platform scripts and meta tags may load as part of hosting the page. A social meta tag may reference an X/Twitter creator handle; that is page metadata, not a tracking pixel by itself.
- First-party cookies on initial HTML: No
Set-Cookieheader was observed on the initial HTML response in that inventory. Cookies that appear after JavaScript runs may include the Whop cookies named above.
3.4 Information we do not intentionally collect on our site
- Full payment card numbers (handled by Whop and its financial partners).

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or precise geolocation for ordinary shop operations. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as that term is commonly used for retail checkouts beyond what may appear in a shipping address you provide to Whop.
4. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- fulfill, pack, and ship orders;
- communicate about orders, returns, and support;
- process returns and refunds in coordination with Whop’s payment flow;
- detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- comply with law and enforce our Terms; and
- operate and improve our website and product offering.
We do not currently run separate promotional email campaigns or third-party retargeting ads (such as Meta or TikTok pixels) on hypefindzz.com. If that changes, we will update this policy.
We do not use full payment card data on our own systems because we do not receive full card numbers.
5. How we share personal information
We may share personal information with:
- Whop — checkout, payment processing, measurement pixel, and related platform services (see Whop’s policies);
- Shipping carriers — name and shipping address to deliver packages;
- Service providers that help us run the business (for example, email hosting, website hosting), under obligations appropriate to the service;
- Professional advisors (such as lawyers or accountants) when needed; and
- Authorities or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or related to a merger, sale, or business transfer.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
California “sale” / “share” (cross-context behavioral advertising): Our site loads Whop measurement scripts (t.whop.tw and related tooling) that record page views on our shop pages. Whether that activity is a “sale” or “share” under the California Consumer Privacy Act depends on how Whop uses the data and how those legal terms apply. We disclose the Whop measurement tools in this policy. We do not currently load Google Analytics, Meta, or TikTok pixels on hypefindzz.com. We do not make a blanket “we do not sell or share” claim about the Whop measurement tools. If we determine an opt-out method is required, we will update this policy and provide one.
We do not authorize service providers to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.
6. Cookies, analytics, and Do Not Track

Cookies and similar technologies
- Essential / hosting: The site uses standard hosting and security infrastructure (including Vercel-related responses). We did not observe a first-party
Set-Cookieon the initial HTML response in our inventory; post-load cookies may still appear. - Whop measurement: We use Whop’s script at
https://t.whop.tw/s.js(business-scoped) to record page views on our site (including home and/shop). Related Whop tooling may includesc.js. Browser DevTools have shown cookies_wuidand_wuid_link. Whop may set or read cookies or similar identifiers in connection with those scripts. See Whop’s Privacy Policy. Checkout itself happens on Whop’s pages via outbound links. - Google Fonts: Preconnect only for font delivery — not used by us as an analytics suite.
- Other advertising / product-analytics pixels: We do not currently embed Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity, Segment, Mixpanel, Plausible, or Umami in our site HTML (inventory dated September 15–16, 2026).
- Platform / storefront scripts: Storefront platform scripts and meta tags may load as part of serving the page.
Third parties that may collect information about your browsing on our site over time: Whop (via the measurement tools above), and any subprocessors Whop uses under its own policy. Hosting/platform providers may process technical logs as part of serving the site.
Do Not Track: There is no uniform browser “Do Not Track” standard we respond to in a special way at this time.
You can limit some tracking by using browser controls to block third-party scripts or cookies, or by using privacy extensions. Blocking the Whop pixel may affect Whop-related measurement; it does not remove Whop’s processing on Whop’s own checkout pages when you buy there.
7. Children’s privacy
Product safety age (toys)
Our products are labeled not for children under 3 because they may contain or break into small parts (choking hazard). That is a product-safety message. It is separate from online children’s privacy rules.
Online privacy (under 13)
Whop states that its services are not intended for minors under 13. See Whop Privacy Policy.
Our Site is intended for adult purchasers (including parents or caregivers buying toys). We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe we have received such information, contact hypefindzz@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Purchases are intended for buyers who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live), as described in our Terms.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including:
- Orders / shipping / tax / accounting records: generally as long as needed for fulfillment, returns, accounting, and legal recordkeeping (often several years);
- Support emails: for as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a reasonable support history; and
- Server / measurement logs: according to our hosts’ and Whop’s ordinary retention practices, and only as long as useful for security and operations.
When we no longer need the information, we delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required by law.
9. Security
Security details: /security.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to our size and the data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Payment card data is processed by Whop and its financial partners, not on our card forms.
10. Your choices and California privacy rights
10.1 CalOPPA
California’s Online Privacy Protection Act requires commercial websites that collect personally identifiable information about California residents to post a privacy policy. This page is intended to meet that baseline. See California Business and Professions Code § 22575.
You may contact us at hypefindzz@gmail.com to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to verification and legal limits.
10.2 CCPA / CPRA
The CCPA/CPRA applies to certain “businesses” that meet revenue, data-volume, or data-sale thresholds. We operate as a small shop; whether those thresholds apply can change over time.
If the CCPA applies to us, California residents may have rights to:
- know / access personal information we collected;
- delete personal information (with exceptions);
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information;
- limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (if used beyond allowed purposes); and
- not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights.
How to make a privacy request: email hypefindzz@gmail.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your request as required. You may use an authorized agent as permitted by law.
Even when CCPA may not formally apply, we aim to honor reasonable access and deletion requests by email where feasible.
10.3 Other states and countries
We primarily ship within the United States from California. If you contact us from elsewhere, we will handle your request as reasonably as we can under applicable law.
11. Third-party links and Whop
Our site may link to Whop checkout and other third parties. Their privacy practices are their own. We are not responsible for content or practices of sites we do not control.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may also note the update on the Site.
Your continued use of the site after the effective date of an update means you acknowledge the updated policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
